If you are looking for a printed catalog, Our local store location do offer seasonal catalogs.

What do I do if I have a faulty item ?

If your purchase has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it and has a major fault, you choose the remedy – refund, exchange, repair or compensation. If there is a minor fault, the item will be repaired or replaced at the store’s option.

But we do provide shipping for orders above Ksh 10,000

Is it possible to special order an item ?

Yes. If you don’t find an item at our website, we might have them in our offline store. If Meems Ltd. doesn’t have it, we can also order items directly from the manufacturers featured in our store. On average, special orders are available within few business days.
